Finally, EA releases new merch!

After eight years of being virtually merch-less, Alice fans now have a chance to get their hands on fresh meat t-shirts being carried by the mall-bound Hot Topic.
The purveyors of all things creepy, gothic, and derived from times distantly past (like, the 80s) have actually hosted more than one design featuring our favorite warped video game, but the first run (which actually featured an image of Alice herself) sold out very quickly. Now, shoppers can still get a silhouette of Cheshire with his iconic grin and one of his many taglines, but for now, that will have to do.
UPDATE: Hot Topic has definitely gotten with the program and printed more of the original design, although we noticed that it’s in a distinctly different configuration and seems to only be available in women’s sizes. Ah, well, it’s at least a little progress…
What’s with their lack of plus sized shirts? Figures… I’d kill to get my hands on the original design!
I did remember passing by Hot Topic months ago and thought of seeing the Cheshire Cat. Good to know that I finally have an excuse to visit that place.
