Everyday is Halloween

If there’s one thing we can say about our fans, it’s that they have a flair for the outlandish, the showy, and the macabre, and we’re pretty sure this is a good place to start.
In plenty of time for Samhain, Party City has a licensed Alice costume available. It comes with the dress, the Omega necklace, and the removable skull bow. It does NOT come with the awesome boots or the striped stockings. Or the model.
This is your advanced warning, by the way, for the Halloween costume contest that we will once again attempt to host over on the forum. Fewer than ten entries does not a contest make, so your considerable participation is humbly requested. We will start posting the rules and taking entries somewhere around the middle of September, and winners will be announced either on Halloween or on All Saints’ Day. And, yes, there will be an Alice category, and we will not disqualify using this lovely aspect on the left.
And, just to be the opposite of cruel, we’ll give you a few pointers to places that might have the other bits and bobs you might want for your costume.

I remember in the old EA website, the 3D Alice would lift her leg to squish a bug and her stockings would flash maroon and gold stripes. I am deeply saddened they no longer are.
Thank goodness! I so need to get that and wear it this Hallowe’en =D xo
I just recently saw one of these from leg avenue on ebay i really want one (know i’m a guy but alice IS JUST THAT AWESOME)
Jewish! don’t celebrate Halloween, too bad, it could of been fun (:
I made a complete outfit that’s an exact duplicate (minus the stockings) a few years ago. I even handmade the necklace.
Oh yay, an otherwise respected and nonsexualized character, now dolled up like a whore! Just what I wanted for Halloween!
BOO
Jewish person, I suppose you also don’t recognize veteran’s day or independence day or thanksgiving or mother’s/father’s day or boxing day(don’t know what nationality you are)? Must suck to be forbidden to celebrate any holiday that isn’t explicitly based on your religion.
Um… bobobo… Omri isn’t in America. We actually have an incredible international community here.
that probably sounds snotty, but what I mean is that I genuinely feel bad that you have to miss out on these things.
I sort of figured that, but no one lists their nationality right here, so I have no way of knowing without some effort, and it wasn’t really anything that affected my question/statement. I just listed some holidays that I celebrate personally, but the sentiment would have been no different had I left that part out, which I probably should have. I figured since the issue I was asking about was based on his faith rather than nationality, I wouldn’t get any condescending comments about the holidays being American since it ultimately doesn’t matter what I wrote there. It all came out horribly wrong anyway, so let me start it over right here;
Hello my Jewish friend! I assume you are orthodox then, and are not allowed to celebrate ANY holidays that aren’t specifically Jewish holidays? That must be difficult. American holidays are foolish!
by foolish I meant fun. Don’t know why I typed foolish.
If only the boots weren’t 50 bucks
If you look at screenshots for both games, the dress is quite a bit longer than that. I liked that they didn’t make her a Laura Croft Boob Raider, I mean, Tomb Raider. You guys know what I mean. Her appeal lies in the fact that she’s strong, carries a wicked blunderbuss, and can tie you in knots. I’m a fem, so I like the idea of a conservatively badass Alice.
i was Alice for Halloween in grade six (2004)(Alice from the game) lol…i was damn proud of that…all my friends thought it was the best…in that school year i read the book 8 times ^_^ …haven’t actually read it since
