So....bad day la......

After playing Alice, I always kept an eye out for American Mcgee's work.  The two games besides now Alice Maness Returns, which really caught my eye was Bad Day LA, and Grimm.  Since I had a comp that pretty much sucked, I never played PC game ever, except for Alice.  So I was waiting for the xbox port of bad day la.  With Grimm I knew I would never play it unless it got ported to consoles. 

Anywho, I finally after many years bought a new PC recently and I can finally run bad day la now. 

So my questions are:
Was this never released on the xbox?
WHat can I expect from the game? (I know the reviews but it looks too interesting not to play)

Never played it myself, from the Wikipedia page it looks at bit like Postal 2 except 3rd person.
