To american: take a look at the evil twin
game, search it if you can on the net,
but I’ll know you’d be interested it’s along the same lines as Alice story wise.
I hope you consider adapting a script once you like what you see.

Nah.. it's not American English (that's an interesting pun in this case ;) ). It's the whole figure of speech that is the issue, not pronunciation like with cantonese (apperently).
Because of this I hate localization. Humor can not be translated. Even in the same language it doesn't work (e.g. British vs American). A nice example of this would be the movie "The hitchhikers guide to the galaxy". The American script writer destroyed a lot of great jokes in the original text, mostlikely because he didn't understand it.

About this part :
"ANTHONY: Gang members! Pssssht. I’ll show them a member.

Publisher: What he means by “I’ll show them a member. ” ? What is the situation ?

American: “Member” can refer to the male sexual anatomy - “Touch my member!” or “My what a large member you have!” - “Member” can also mean a part of a group, or in this instance, a gang. Anthony is mixing the two meanings of the word in order to make a joke."

I guess it was not with the french translators, because we have also the same two meaning, except that the word is membre instead of member .....
